About Kristen

Kristen considers herself a helper, or a guide, that is here to help others understand their special purpose during this lifetime.

This gift came to her at the age of 41 unexpectedly while in a deep meditation. She has come to learn that information she is hearing is from a collective higher consciousness with divine wisdom and an understanding of the makeup of the universe itself.  With other's permission, she can ask questions and seek guidance on behalf of others, recording the answers she hears. Her results have been incredibly accurate and even astonishing to some, with the ability to truly understand the essence of someone she has never met.

By channeling, or acting as a bridge between source energy and the human experience, Kristen hopes to help others gain clarity around their own lives and their divine purpose here on earth. Once she has an understanding of your divine life purpose, Kristen can create custom guided meditations that will speak to your inner spirit and assist in the process of entering into deeper states of meditation. She is also available for ongoing coaching or guidance sessions.
