Service Description
This custom meditation recording is a follow up service after your divine life purpose is uncovered. The meditation is designed to help you get into a meditative state in a way that makes sense to your inner spirit. Ideal for those that are beginning with meditation or have struggled to get into a meditative state. Kristen will have an initial 30-60 minute conversation with you where you will identify what your meditation goals are (relaxed mind, calming the nervous system, connection with higher spirit, tapping into divine wisdom for guidance, etc). Kristen will then enter into a deep meditation and receive your individual meditation. Kristen will create a recording for you, as well as provide you with a written transcript.
